The Tattenham Health Centre Patient Participation Group
is a virtual group who's aim is to keep in touch with the views and your opinions of your GP Practice. With our patients at he centre of all we do, we value the opportunity to hear suggestions and comments from out patient group. Anyone is welcome to join.
What is the purposes of having a PPG?
The purpose of the PPG is to provide you (Tattenham Health Centre patients) with an opportunity to be involved with how your GP Practice is run and for your views to be heard.
Why a virtual group?
Virtual groups enable patients to participate in providing feedback at a time and place most suitable for you, without having to visit the Practice. We also meet with other local patient groups and with the CCG and invite members of the Virtual group to attend.
What do I have to do?
At least annually we will send out a patient survey for you to complete and return to the surgery via email or in person. Each survey will have a specific theme i.e. waiting times for appointments, opening hours, reception services and clinical services provided by the practice.
What if I don’t have access to the internet?
Hard copies of each survey will be available from reception.
How do we know we’re making a difference?
The outcomes will be published on our website or available from the practice in paper copy
